Anybody see that Chan 5 documentary on the Jodi Jones murder?
Can't figure out how a jury would return a guilty on the evidence presented to them.
Was a majority conviction but still.

watched it on utube a while ago ,many questions remain unanswered,esp when he was proven to be in the house at a certain time
Watched it, very strange, I personally after watching it don't think he's guilty.
Polis investigation seemed to be straight out of life on mars.....he's guilty....fit him up.
Ahh the bits though....Dna found at scene, DNA on body that was sisters lad, moped guys....one of whom changes appearance, the mad knife carrying junkie and the person the suspect they never named.....throw in the two polygraph tests.......he's defo no guilty beyond reasonable doubt from what I saw.
And yet I remember from the time I thought he was guilty as sin....just shows the papers only want you to know certain things.
Can't understand why two appeals have been knocked back either.
And eyewitness then basically retracting her statement in court.
