Currently companies are being given an extra 3 months to produce accounts and thus the Holdings and 1921 accounts for year ending 30/6/2020 will be filed at Companies House shortly before 30/6/2021. They would normally be filed shortly before 31st March. Companies can file accounts at any time after the company year end. Some companies produce accounts at the last possible date, which now will be a year after the company end of year.
