Newport County Appoint the Clubs First Sporting Director

Newport County has appointed Darren Kelly as the clubs first Sporting Director.
The 41 year old left Scarborough Athletic last month, & has now taken on a
newly-created position at Rodney Parade.

Newport County Club Statement - "Kelly will work alongside boss Michael Flynn,
Newport's Management Team, & the Clubs Directors to Develop a Robust
Recruitment, Development & Retention Strategy".

This is the type of development we want at Rotherham United, someone on the
board with football knowledge, while at the same time working with the clubs
coaching staff, working has a unit.

Fully agree Eric,it is an area where we are lacking.I would like to see us go down that road.
