O/T Mount and Chilwell

Can't play for England tonight because they spoke to a Scottish player after the game on Friday who has since tested positive for 'The Virus', therefore;
1./ Was the virus watching the game in the stands and as soon as the final whistle went immediately rushed down to the pitch to infect some one?
2./ Why doesn't it apply to all the the other England players who spent 95 minutes sweating,tackling and touching this Scottish player?
3./ Why hasn't Scotland's game against Croatia been cancelled?
