Regarding Harry Kane, it is probably very easy to fall out with Daniel Levy. Unprofessional of him, nonetheless. Shades of Saido versus Jeremy!

If he wanted a move why not negotiate a release fee in the contract?

Well said Al. It's why I fell out of love with the game years ago. Plus the play acting, tactics and grown men acting like children. A far cry from the game I loved.
