I remember Smiths and Walkers costing 4d each. Walkers seemed the best but then along came Golden Wonder successfully undercutting them both in price at 3d. Whatever happened to them?
I well remember Smith’s Crisps when I was a lad, they were unsalted and used to have a little blue bag of salt inside!
Golden Wonder cheese and onion were a personal favourite of mine - I was delighted recently to find a multipack of them recently in Savers, sadly my joy was short lived as they were entirely different due I think to a change of cooking oil :sQuote:
