I'm hoping they will be gone before christmas at the latest. I think the new owners probably had other priorities over the last week or so

I would personally guess that part of deal was they stay up for rest of the season.
Was thinking something like that. Can t wait for them to get ripped down. It's a right eyesore.

I think they might arrange a buy-out of that deal and remove them before the season's end, but it just won't be a major concern right now. Relegation battle first.
They’re not going to throw money away even though they’ve got pots of it. That includes Bruce - they need to get a good DOF in just to confirm (by a footballing person) that he is utterly hopeless first and they’re not going to base all of their decisions on what we think, nor should they.
Sh*t direct may have a contract til the end of the season with the club (whoever the owner is) and it’s likely fat boy put in a very expensive early termination clause. He’ll want his signs in full view of all the publicity and interest being generated by the takeover.
Is there any way the new owners could bill SD for the decade plus free advertising?
