The best woman's team in the world for a lot of years is the U.S.A. National side. They played a junior youth boys (****agers) team in a challenge game and lost 5-3. They are challenging for the same wages as the men's team,that is understandable in the U.S. as woman's Soccer is up there with men's.
Put the women's England team against the men's and see where their level is that before going overboard.
The USA women get a guaranteed wage, plus bonuses, The men only get paid if they play, but negotiated better bonuses. The women were actually paid more then the men. They were offered the exact same contracts as the men but refused.
