Not sure if that is true, might be. Still thought Mulgrew should have been given that job, far better leader. Edwards is a great player for us, and long may it continue. I was saying exactly this at the game on Tuesday. I think we havent won a league point since he became captain. He should be the one complaining to refs abvout decisions etc. I like him as a player but I would have given the captaincy to Charlie.Quote:

Watt stood out to me when we played Motherwell for his falling down easy and trying to ref the game. Aberdeen are are good at it with brown and Ferguson in midfield and Ramirez up front. I don’t particularly like it but sometimes you need to fight fire with fire.
I don’t think our run has anything to do with Edwards being captain.
