We are probably done by now. As it stands we have signed:
Tripper, Wood, Guimarães, Burn and Targett.
Is it enough to stay up?
I'm not convinced. I think only Trippier and Guimarães improve our team.
It might be possible to build a better defence out of those players, but I struggle to see where to goals are going to come from.
We should have bought at lest one more attacker.
I think we'll be in trouble if one of the two attackers we're after don't come in. The defence will definitely be improved but we're not scoring enough goals to stay up at the current rate..
Agree. We need another attacker, but Ekitike is not interested according to reports.
As for Lingard its up to Man U, I dont think they will let him go to us.

Nice sepending, but we still miss someone to score the goals.
I suspect that there is a straight purchase deal to be done for Lingard. But the question is whether he is prepared to go down with us.
Don't think he needs to come on loan because he showed his credentials at the Hammers. There's a low limit to how much we're prepared to pay though, surely.
