I watched about 30 minutes of the super bowl, then started staring at the wall. The wall was an improvement. Theres 9 seconds of action then it grinds to a halt.

You cant fault the pre match entertainment though, 50 cent, a rapper was upside down singing INDA CLUB. Dr Dre, was there too. You cant get more working or underclass than that, paradoxically making them the highest entertainment.

I sure that whatever they were on made things even better, im sure 50 cent thought he was the right way up. Another triumph for United and their black lives matter thing, i didnt see a copper anywhere, like New York whos crime rates are up 30 per cent.
Rape, robbery, armed crime, all good. New York have defunded the police, and coming to Cambridge soon. There was a bloke presenting with arms three foot wide, whats all that about, does he pull trucks?, i thought that was what your teeth are for.

How is coco?. I watched a parrot on tv and thought that me and a parrot would be a perfect partnership. We would be winding each other up all day.
Parrots are intelligent, at least id get some sort of entertainment from that. It would be a contest to see who could be the more bizarre. I am too old though, they live for a hundred years dont they?
If i had a parrot, my first fun time with it would be to fire matchsticks at it from those old toy guns, and go on from there. How do you play with yours?

Parrots are indeed intelligent Frank and can be trained to do tricks quite easily,Coco for instance is house trained and by that I mean that I've taught him to tell me if he needs to do his business and he pulls on my shirt and repeats his name and I will put him in his cage,it's the same as when he's in the car,a pull on my shirt and I pull over and hold him out of the window, most parrots or c.ockatoos live for about 75-100 years and Coco is 25 so he will see me out,I'm not sure that firing missiles from a toy would be appreciated but then again I reckon you're joshing with me about that,how is Molly? Animals are far more loyal than friends,I can live without friends but I would be lost without Coco to entertain me

Im not joking about firing matchsticks, it wont be to hurt the bird, but to get a reaction and some fun. Molly is first class, she is like a living rug. Madam is going on holiday soon, and i will get someone to text me daily to check to see if i have checked out.
Have you thought of that.? If you have a heart attack, will someone know and rescue coco.

My dogs may starve, coco will to, if no one is checking up. Animals are better than friends, mind you i have the best mate going. Me. Do you love yourself chalky? I will get a parrot, next time around, it will be like Closeau and his sidekick.

As I've said before I'm not scared of death at all and my only hope is that it's swift and unexpected rather than in a hospital bed but then again on to he plus side that gives you time for any final details to iron out,I'm fully prepared for my eventual move from the planet once my time arrives,funeral paid up and organised,Cocos new owner sorted out and instructions what to do with any cash in my bank,my sister texts most days so she would probably come round if she didn't hear from me for a couple of days and she's got a key to get it (told you I was organised)
What do you mean by do i love myself? If you mean am I vain then no,not at all,I'm not one for flash cars or expensive clothes as there's nobody to show off to but even if there was I wouldn't be bothered,I'm hoping that my ex goes before me so that I get all of our house because whoever goes first gets the others half and I could leave a chunk to good causes,how about you,have you made a will yet,will I get owt?

You are organised, well done. Self love isnt about vanity, but accepting yourself for who you are, and not putting the boot in. Not putting the boot into yourself. Its also about putting yourself first, and when you dont, choosing it rather than putting others first by habit.
You are religious, it teaches putting others first, first class garbage.
Telling yourself well done when something goes well. Being able to self soothe, looking after yourself, standing up for yourself, having positive self talk, firing people from your life, ive done a lot of that, etc....The older ive got the more skilled i get at it.
Flash cars and good clothes will do you no harm, especially if you are not used to it. You are telling yourself your worth it.

Why would I want to put myself first? This goes against everything that the church teaches,helping others in times of need are far more important than thinking about one's self,if I've helped somebody even in a tiny way like letting somebody go through first then that makes me feel good and it didn't cost me anything and might have made the other person feel a little bit better that day,we've got no idea what others are thinking or coping with in life,being horrible or snappy to someone I didn't know or even if I knew for that matter would play on my conscience,what if that person is already having a **** day but doesn't tell people and keeps it all in,have I made their day just that bit s.hittier,it's possible so why not just be nice and maybe they will pass the nicety on to somebody else along the way

I will tell you one thing that always makes me laugh though Frank,every 5 or 6 years or so you will read about a priest or vicar that's nabbed the collection money and headed to Vegas for a week of gambling and prozzies instead of going to the pilgrimage that he told everyone that he was going on,I don't know why but it just hugely amuses me and instead of feeling score quietly admire him for reason,Is this the devil whispering on my shoulder?

Putting yourself first is you telling yourself you matter. If you dont, you become stressed, anxious, and burnt out. Your health depends on it. The healthier you are, the happier, you will be more effective in all areas.
You matter, just like everyone else, why treat yourself badly, or less well?

That priest or vicar is you, you are grasping the possibilities of what you could do if you allowed it. What would it be? Ive been a carer for a long time, and i feel as if im in a cage. Come the time, if it ever comes, im going on a rampage, lock up your daughters, or grannies in my case.
Im going to spend money till im broke, chasing the sun, Italy Spain America, im not dying with the bank brimming in filthy lucre.

I know you are going to lecture me now, you have a puritanical streak. Throw it aside, learn poker, and lose, book a massage, ( wink), watch Forest, marry an 18 year Ukranian girl, i see a lot of ugly disabled men married to drop dead beauties.
Theres nothing wrong with drinking deeply at the well of life.
