Fatso owns about 29% of Studio Retail Group, which is about to go into administration. Apparently, he tried to take full control a few years ago but was voted down.
It seems this time his money is at real risk unless he wants to push much more into a collapsing business to risk saving his investment.

This kind of thing is an occupational hazard for someone who buys failing businesses for peanuts, waits and then sells on for a profit.
