I suppose all of this along with the new post advertised means that Artell has the backing of the board for the foreseeable future. I wonder if it is a unanimous decision or there are any dissenters within this new board.
Possibly. However, I'll take Artell's 4 decent (Inc. a one-and-a-bit excellent year) against his one bad year!
Plus I think a better division of labour is a good move so that Artell can reclaim a bit of his life. Kenny hasn't "gone". He is now in charge of player development, giving him direct responsibility for planning the development of individual players and working on tactical knowhow.
I'm sure there will be detractors in the same way that I know that there were rows of knitters watching the work of 'madame la guillotine'.
