I thought they were just going to confirm that they have a preferred bidder, and would submit it to the EFL, but not yet publicly name who it is?
My money is on a consortium...OTR, Raymondo, and Rattea...all backed by a Roger Ramjet cash injection. The Spartacus Foundation.
Seems about as likely as anything else more ‘imminent’, or that was due to be announced (yet again) last f***in’ Friday!
IMO, gauging what's being said online, having Mel as (part of) the wining bid would be met with a large drop in season tickets and match day sales. Not good for the long term future of DCFC. I have written to Quantuma expressing that point of view.Quote:
