Ostensibly it seems that Paul Simpson has been given all of that which he asked for in terms of the scope to rebuild the club.
Yet we know that until regime change occurs and the debt to Purepay is repaid, much of what he wanted could not have been legitimately promised.
So, can you explain this paradox?

We don't know what he asked for - potentially limited the budget to sign x players, contract a new Number 2 (he seems to rely more on the goal keeping coach tha Gav) and a recruitment guy and to make changes to the internal organisation to unify all parts of CUFC.
