This is a tremendous initiative from the club, - not only helping to boost the fan base for the future, - but bringing some real and worthwhile work experience to the young people. Hopefully there will be a spin -off for the club in that the young people not only gain useful knowledge and real time work experience for their CV, - but that some might want to volunteer to support the club in the longer term, further boosting their own credentials and providing a valuable source of talent in an era where social media reigns supreme.Quote:
