They are trying Reece James at left back tonight after Trippier played there a couple of games.
Targett is solid in every regard. What's going on?

I think he'll go all Steve Bruce in his post match interview-'you always get this with England', 'look at what i've done', 'it's not nice but that's the England manager's job'.
Aye, he's done well to get us to a semi-final and a final,,,but, in truth, a more forward-thinking manager would have got us the the WC final and won the Euros. His shitty style has only ever been tolerated and, as soon as the results haven't been able to hide the performances, the gloves are off with the fans.
He should be using these players in a more attack-minded way but he's too cautious and defensive-only ever appreciated if you get the results.
