What I’m expecting from a team of Duffers

1) Physically strong.
2) Well drilled.
3) Mentally strong.

At the moment the team as a whole have none of the above.

Back line are physically strong but poorly drilled and of average mental strength.

Midfield has none of the above.

Forward line - only Morris posses all 3 attributes.
The others have none of the above traits.

In other words - McDuffer and the recruitment team have their work cut out.
But it can be done - as Ismael showed that it can be done (with basically the same players that are there now).

The one thing I've learned about Duff is that he doesn't die on a playing style hill .

He's pragmatic and he'll attempt to be successful with the cards he has .
