As you know, I'm the technical expert here, Oz :D
Has Ozfan Junior tried logging out then logging back in again? Sometimes if you've been logged on for a little while, it logs you out, while erroneously showing that you are still logged in, so you get the no admin permission message, if that makes sense.
So perhaps if he logs out, logs in again, then tries to post straight away? Just a thought.
Hopefully someone else will come on with an intelligent answer soon. :D x
