Agree it didn't look 10k to me Roma .
It's the usual "tickets sold" that is published as the "attendance", not those actually there.
Read that it was "pay on the gate" + first day + nice weather led to a much higher than usual number of pay on the day match tickets being sold.
Guesstimates---- Season tickets sold 7800 + 2000 Match Tickets + 400 away fans = 10,200 published attendance
Actual attenders ST's 5,800 + 2000+ 400 = 8,200 actual attendance
