Griff's day

Today is special for Griff. He has probably received the modern day equivalent of a telegram from Her Majesty The Queen.

Oh, why not, it's his birthday.

Lots of nice things tbf including a nice pair of Cambridge earbuds and I have three new bits of vinyl winging their way to me as we speak. But mainly having family around, that was the best bit. We breakfasted on the Orient Express at Bassenthwaite and spent the afternoon on Allonby beach, then a lovely meal at home in the evening. That, to me, is priceless.
