I might be biased as my cousin is life long pool supporter, also i spent some time around Dortmund, but he is a kind of manager that you adore when he manages your team, but gets on your nerve when heplays against you.
He is too emotional, like an over-caring mother for her loved child. Cant really blame him for that. There has to be passion about this game, and passion means bias.
You have to show some class and respect too when it is over, though
