If you wish to help the club without Holdings directors governing the money ....

.... do not give money.

I suggest that you consider buying the club something practical, which it needs.
I.e. in every full Fans' Forum the club has to hire 6 high quality microphones.
This is one for each panellist and one for the questions from the floor.
I suggest that a company could buy the club 6 microphones or maybe the various
supporters groups could each buy one microphone. The club could use these in
several locations where events are happening at the same time.

Do not get overly concerned with this particular example. Everyone can think of a
different example of benefitting the club by buying it something useful. Merely
giving the club money will almost certainly result in it being governed by The Three
which we know since 29th October 2009, David Allen's departure, has been disastrous.

The London Branch do this. They bought the club a very high quality video camera.
