Yes things like this need stamping out. There is just no room for it in modern day society.
Who on earth has dragged those kids up. Surely they must know the implications of such acts nowadays.
Hope the kid gets expelled and his parents face a hefty fine.

It is a beautiful country, UG. It is expensive though. However, it is clean, everything works and the people are well educated and often multi - lingual. I hope you really enjoy your visit.Quote:
