Don't think it's any Brin. I would imagine any employer is perfectly within their rights to suspend an employee who has been charged with a serious ***ual offence (or any serious offence). It also doesn't state he's been suspended without pay so if indeed he is found not guilty there might not even be a claim to be answered.Quote:
