EFL League One
Charlton Athletic owner Thomas Sandgaard has agreed to sell the club to SE7Partners.
The sale subject to EFL approval.
SE7Partners agreed terms to purchase the majority shareholding of the club on the
3rd March 2023, from one of Sangaard's companies, Clear Ocean Capital.
