Dealing with everything from finding a house for new arrivals, plumber for players & generally looking after wellfare.

I guess the team working with Andrea Romeo will all be local people with 'the knowledge' however being multilingual, experience in the needs of young professional sports men & their families with millionaire needs is as important as being familiar with the location culture.Quote:

Massively important role this. Settling in could mean the difference between a disgruntled player/spouse with tranefer request or a 20 goal season. Really really smart move. I agree though, would have thought a local with multi lingual skills would have been better.
