The French started well last night. A very handsome win over the All Blacks. And the crowd certainly showed their disdain for their president.
Let’s hope we put one over the Pumas tonight.

Our rugby union is becoming an embarrassment under Borthwick.
Considering the resources England has the style and quality of our play is really disappointing.
I think a whole new approach is needed and a long term plan putting together but I doubt Borthwick is the man, the problem is that he’s almost un sackable I gather due to his contract and that of his fellow coaches.
The pressure is definitely on Borthwick and the team. The Argentine are not like they were a few years ago. They are a good, tough side coached by the ex Aussie boss Michael Cheika and they beat us in November.
Fingers crossed we’ll get the job done, otherwise we may have an early trip home to blighty.
Seriously though we should get through the Pool stage.
Unfortunately ill discipline haunts England again. If they had kept the full team on the pitch, they would probably be out of sight now. I do fear that the effort being put in may take its toll in the later stages of the game though.
Quite how our lad gets sent off for that whilst the Argentinean just gets a yellow is beyond me .
Take the blood out of it and it's nothing , the Argentinean was dangerous .
Have to say we were all, those around me, in agreement with your sentiment, from what we saw.
We overcame tonight, but we are not world beaters. I think we’ll get out of the Pool and then it is going to be an uphill struggle.sure we are going to fall well short when we meet the big guns.:s
