Yet some think our younger players should be playing every week in the championship. . Mind boggling. Think we should leave signing players and picking teams to the head coach or whatever he’s called this week .

Reading might be a League 1 team but they have a Category 1 Academy. Is that what persistently flaunting EFL financial rules gets you?
It was our lads first outing in the competition and they bow out in the 3rd round. Don't worry, I've a feeling the senior team might follow your example.
Just an observation of a warped mind but I find it funny that the name of our youth academy manager is Dick Hair Yes! Sounds more like a qualification to play XD
