Yes, and more growth potential.
That part of London is attracting a lot of investment as the central London property and business costs soar.
Not much local rivalry now that West Ham are at Stratford, only Millwall near by.
A big housing estate at Thamesmead only a short bus ride away, with Woolwich in the opposite direction, so a big fan base potential

For me, my need for drama stemmed partly from a need for attention. I often felt unnoticed in life and felt bypassed by other people. I had some vulnerable narcissistic tendencies going on and had a need for recognition. Creating drama was one way of gaining attention by sharing my (sometimes very funny, sometimes scary) stories with other people. People with a need for drama often display personality disorders including borderline, psychopathic, and narcissistic disorders. IBS in a nutshell XD
