Couple of extra quid for golf balls.
Oooft more than that.
Good work if you can get it
Nearly £1,000 per annum.
And yet ridiculous difference in season ticks remain.
I'll only get around an extra £500 on my RAF pension - about £40 per month. I'll then pay 45% tax on it so it'll be worth around £300 PA in real terms.
Not even enough to buy a season ticket for Dens - this government needs taken to task over how they treat us brave ex-servicemen and women who have given so much for the people of this country. Maybe they could do a deal with football clubs to mitigate pension increases against the cost of a season ticket? I'd gladly forego this paltry increase for a free season ticket.
The pension system is a bit of a joke and have just reached the age where you can access some pensions I have. Not the easiest thing to navigate, seems they make it complicated to try and baffle fowk.
I assumed that shortly before they reach the age for accessing their pension contact their pension administrators to notify them that they wish to receive their pension.
People receive a letter from the DWP several months before they are due to reach the age for qualifying to receive their state pension.
