49,041,442 shares were issued at 1.35p each in repayment of £662,059.47 due to Football Partners Scotland.
Is there any reason for having so many shares worth so little each? Why not 490,414 shares at £1.35 each? Does it make any difference? Islay.....?Quote:

It would properly cost the club money to have a capitalisation to reduce the number of issued shares by increasing the price from 1p to £1. There is the added problem that there are a number of shareholders who currently hold less than 100 shares each.
There are shareholders who own 2 shares which are worth 2.70p.
What would happen to their shareholding if the price per share was increased from 1p to £1.
I know for a fact that a few DABS bought one share each at some point previously so that it would cost DFC money to keep them updated with their shareholding (ie postage, envelope etc etc) sad [email protected] lot o thum.Quote:
