Manure grossly over rated and over valued compared to Toon
Just been looking at the figures for the proposed take over of Everton plus debts and was astonished to see what Ratcliffe had paid for his 27.7% share of Manure plus the Glasers debts.
He paid £1.3 billion for 27.7% which values Manure at £4.69
That means that our lot buying a debt free club for £305 million have got this club for less than one fifte-enth the valuation of Manure and free of debt into the bargain.
The only financial difference I can see is perhaps Old Trafford is a freehold ground ( I don't know whether it is or not) and SJP is leased by the club from the Freemen of the City. But come on 15 1/2 times the value of a debt laden monstrosity such as that. Either Ratcliffe is out of his mind or some sort of financial shenanigans are going on.
