I don't know if this is at all useful for you but you can sign up to get access to your tickets online.
You should've received a QR code when you purchased your season ticket. This is your season ticket, unless you specified that you want a physical card like previous years.

Really pleased I saved original confirmation email as this was me tonight deleting saved ticket in my wallet and downloading again, although it seems alright now others will get caught out tomorrow
