To Keep Fellows

If Mikey is arriving and to keep Fellows which for me is a must - I would try and move on Grady and Wallace who are surplus!

We need to be ruthless with our talent pool and not interested in top guys - only top guys who have talent to get us promotion.

Ruthless? You have to be!
