Online ticket purchasing issues

Does anybody else have problems with the web service used to obtain tickets ?
I have given up after 5 attempts , only to find that the ticket office hours are 9 to 5 ( crazy that someone does not answer a phone in the evening ).
The customer service really does need to be looked into , they should make it easy to get tickets .

Customer service has always been an issue with Notts , I recall the gates being shut on County Road as it was full , despite me having a season ticket , they suggested I might 'get lucky' if I tried the main stand.

I bought 2 tickets at about that time today and no problem
