Apprently Fulham and Brentford are interested in him, in Jan if he's fit.

He'd be in last 6 month of his contract.

I'd say take the money we get if offered.

Invest it and others into a fully fit 2nd striker.

As the saying goes, I'd drive him there myself.

They're both mad to be interested, given his injury record, but I'd take their money in a heartbeat.

I'd like to believe it's a ruse by Eddie but with it being Wilson, I kind of believe he's out for longer.

Surely we'll sell him in the Summer and, with his age, injury record and lack of recent game time, he'll not get another top flight team (unless one of the promoted clubs takes a chance?)

Not sure a newly promoted club could take the risk could they?

I dunno...a club might look at his experience and goalscoring record and see him as a mentor to a younger, less excperienced striker?

If it is the case then the club will have to act in January.

We've chewed over the fat of this issues for more than a season.

Regardless of Wilson's value as a squad member/off the pitch we need a player that contributes between the white lines regardless of all else.
