You cant have a one lane road leading out of the Abbey, towards Newmarket, and the other way, a shopping precint with a traffic lights every ten yards.
If crowds go up, if, traffic will be beyond being manageable. Either re-design everything or find somewhere else, like a cow shed in Coveney.
