Change in Ref for this game. New ref is Ben Toner, who last reffed us at Wembley against Crawley. No VAR today :D
Seems a very low turnout looking at the telly. Unable to make it myself.
In the end only the weather and the referee ended up winners.
How that game produced 9 yellows, I'll never know. Glad I wasn't well enough to go.
From memory I thought that the Wembley game was reffed pretty well. Today I thought that he was awful and that's being kind to him.Quote:

It should have been called off today because, more than anything. Travelling to the ground, especially for Bradford fans, would not have been without risk to safety. And that should always be the priority. That said, we were fortunate to escape with a point because they were just a bit better than us on the day. However, in decent conditions it could have been a good game. It wasn't and for that reason I am glad I elected to watch it from the comfort of my sofa!Quote:

Added to that, on Sky Sports News the presenter at half-time said," ...and now across to Bradford where the Bantams....". Don't they think their channels have reached S.Cheshire (or indeed, Manchester, where I was watching it)?
