Bromley
Well, a few weeks ago I might have believed we would just shade this game. However, Wednesday's performance (well about 80 minutes of it !) and Bromley's recent run back towards the play-off positions, has got me wondering.
It all depends on the line-up. If LB goes with the same starting team, then I worry. I think we have to take the game to them. I would have Lankester, Long and Bogle all starting. How the rest of the team fit around that, I don't know. Whatever, the season needs to change gear and we're not far off full strength forwards in the next couple of weeks (🤞)
So more of the same 1-2.
A change in gear 2-1.

So, amazingly, LB has opted for what I think is our strongest team, barring the missing presumed ill Williams. There's a chance some of the game will bypass our midfield. So we will need to press forward as much as possible.
Bit more optimistic today although the weather/pitch may work against us.
Will they still spray the pitch?????

That was more like it. Optimism justified! 7 goals in 2 games!!!!

Very, very impressed with our play in the 1st half and the bonus of 3 goals to boot. The team looked well balanced with Powell in there. I have to hold my hands up, up until a couple of weeks ago I had serious doubts about him coming back to his best. I don't mind eating humble pie. One more point, it's great to see a strong bench again all over the Christmas period.

So...just our game and Walsall! I repeat, we cannot afford to lose.
