They don't work Hope here city have a club that basically doesn't even have one city youth player. Besides Rangers will be big in Scotland while we will be a minority in premiership. Obviously Rangers guarantee access into European footballs big bucks circus without too much mega spending, unlike the crazy financials required to just stay in the PL, let alone getting into a European placing.
