The Manchester City captain, Alex Greenwood, has said she was shocked by Gareth Taylor?s sacking but that she trusts the club?s decision.
Taylor was dismissed on Monday, five days before City play Chelsea in the Women?s League Cup final, and Nick Cushing returned on an interim basis for the remainder of the season.
