If someone in the trust had said to them when they were in the process of the takeover "we like that you have funds, and have plans to invest, but how do we cover the problem of your lack of experience" and had refused to back them unless this risk was covered (e.g. by getting a proper, experienced management team in place) I have a feeling we would still be a League One club today.
Mullen YOU WOULDVE SAID THAT!! And if elected you would say it again. And, something which looks more and more likely as we go down, if they are looking to sell up and move on, you would demand it of any new owners.
Will the current trust say that? I doubt it. So someone like you is badly needed to safeguard the clubs future!!!
