I'm reserving judgment on Potter for the moment seeing as he has had to step into the mess that Lopetogui left and hasn't had enough time to assemble the squad he needs to push us onwards and upwards to greater heights. Summer will be a crucial time for discarding driftwood and bringing in the right players for the right positions.

Anyways, tomorrow's game should be a chance for us to go out there and impress.

We need three points over the next 7 games to make sure we can't be caught by Ipswich and what better occasion to do this than at Anfield, in front of the cameras?

We DID impress and caused 'Pool no small amount of distress but I must confess, that we have major deficiencies in our defence, which were highlighted by its failure to pick up the positioning of Van Dijk before he leapt unchallenged to head their winner.
