Haven't watched the video link but having read around the topic I'm aware of it's content. Dropping standards is just that...... dropping standards, and this is absolutely s hit.
From the dropping of standards to the way this marine has been treated. We had lots of sayings when I was in the army and this one rings true. S hit rolls downhill.
