Loved the interview, but also saddened by it. From his first day George Abbott has consistently given everything I ask from a player in a Notts shirt, not just ability but never less than 100% effort, commitment and passion. It's been a genuine pleasure to have him, the sad thing is that it will be for another 3 games at most. I hope he leaves us with what he deserves, a promotion on his CV.
A great interview. It's good that we've had a premier league clubs youth player come on loan who has flourished and been of the quality that we've not seen in a loan player since the likes of Yates, McGregor and Grealish. Hopefully George Abbott will be first of a few quality season long loan premier league U21 players to come in under the current owners.Quote:
