A decent organisation surely would have made an announcement on why Mason?s post became untenable in their eyes with Nestors Model and the process and timescales of the recruitment and the hope of the business going forward. Not too much to ask

Nestor no doubt is embarrassed he got Masons appointment wrong after all the initial blurb saying he was the chosen one blah blah! Most people would question the speculation of Ramsay who apparently was his number 2 on the list - again aged 34 - no championship experience so why should he succeed as the number 2 choice over the chosen one? He even looks a bit like Mason FFS so hope hands refrain from pockets!

We all realise there is no guarantee of success with anyone but you would like to feel your in safer hands with an experienced - Gerard - Bilic - McInnes - Carsley etc etc.

Some communication would be nice as opposed to being reliant on the trio who are part of the problem - Abella - Morrison and Myhill. Surely it should be the new managers decision whether these three are sacked rather than Nestors!

I certainly hope to God - Morrison is not in charge for the visit of Middlesbrough and maybe at the weekend a couple of our talented youngsters start ie Bostock and Whitwell.
