Well aware of all you say, a chain of events has to be made (and stay stable) for long enough for the deal(s) to be done. No argument there.
The clubs kitty is a damned sight larger than it was when we were in the Championship, (and will increase as long as we survive in the PL), we have an extraordinarily short "close season", we are going to be playing in the PL for the first time in the clubs history, etc etc etc, there are multiple reasons why it would be prudent to acquire new players in certain key positions, and yet we see nothing but youngsters arriving to bolster an U23 outfit that didn't seem to need it last season!
We all know that Bielsa has a certain "way" and that players new to that way need time to acclimatise, (and/or prove they are worth having in the first place, JKA as an example). The transfer window may well be open until October, but if new players aren't brought in before then (and they gel and prove they have the abilities that made them attractive to the club), we will be playing the first 5 - 6 matches with the same squad that got us promotion, and another 5 - 6 games before that "gelling" has happened (if it happens) that's nearly a third of the season with either a Championship squad, or that plus players not yet accustomed to the style of play our coach insists upon.
And for those who say "well others haven't done any business yet either", errr.......do not care the tiniest rats ar5e what other clubs have or haven't done (and lets face it, our first game is against a club that has hardly had the greatest need to strengthen their squad, and our fourth against City, ditto).
We're two weekends away from seasons start.
News is Orta's heard your concern WTF11 & is in Valencia Spain enjoying Radz company teaching him to say 'deal done' in Spanish for €35m !
Sarcasm, lowest form etc etc.
And if Orta has anything to do with any deal, the likelihood is it will end up in tears (and not of joy). And for the record, we need players who can (and probably have) played in the PL already, even if that means we don't get the Salahs, or Manes of this world (If Sharp was available, I'd take him, and James Milner but probably too expensive on the wages front, same with Origi but prefer any of those to those who may excel on the continent (which?) but won't hack it in the world of Bielsa)).
If they are there to try and get a signature from Rodrigo, or his dad, then the tears are already starting to flow. The guy hits the net once in every 4 - 5 games in La Liga, (worse than Bamford!), and has been crocked several times of late. So another "cheap as chips" injury-prone player, only not cheap as chips this time (and one who plays for a club that has done next to nothing in La Liga and has one piece of recent silverware in season 2018-19 (Copa del Rey), when rodrigo could muster 15 goals from 51 appearances in all competitions. Move on.
No sarcasm intended from me to you - so less vocal venom from you please.
He's got PL experience & lived in the North too albeit as a kid :s
Let's hope he's visited Valencia Cathedral-Basilica and been blessed by the Holy Grail in there to help protect from injuries.
'Tho lacking a great physical presence Rodrigo uses his close control to hold on to the ball and bring teammates into play and also surprisingly effective in the air who utilises space by making well-timed runs into the box so'll fit in quickly for us.
Rodrigo likes to drop deep to drag defenders out of position and exchange quick passes with the midfield to spark the counterattack,a decent finisher who favours his left side.Blimey sounds as 'tho he can morph into a 'Pablo style' too if asked.
Let's see how it develops if we're seriously negotiating and let's see what Lord Bamford can do with PL space may I add for discussion as he deserves his chance in fairness with us. O:)

Played for Bolton ten years ago, appeared 21 times in all competitions and scored once, THATS the "PL experience" we are supposed to be interested in?
Agree 100% with the comment about Bamford being given an opportunity to succeed, but we can't depend on that.
More excited by Ryan Kent, Lewis Cook and Kock as possible signings. For the money being spoken of for Rodrigo would prefer to see Watkins brought in but can’t say the club isn’t showing ambition. Whoever they sign it will be with Bielsa’s blessing and he knows far more than we do what he wants/needs.

Koch is pronounced Koh - no c !
Say Rot - now replace the R with K and say Kot.
Say Kot - now replace the T with H and say Koh.
The h is pronounced like the 'h' in hurry.
Would suspect not to many size XS shirt sales with his name on 'tho. XD
