Beaufighter, doesn’t buying a player outright wipe the slate clean for their appearances as they are effectively at a new club ? Does anyone know the ruling on this?

If we buy him ,he's our player and starts straight away for us,no matter who he's played for in the past.

This has been done before on the Tilt and Grigg threads.

Doesn't matter who 'owns' him, he can only be registered with and play in official matches with 2 clubs. Official includes the cups.

I’m sure it’s 3 clubs a season but why would they sell him anyway?

It's two, plus Liverpool, Everton, and West Ham are looking at him so I doubt we'd get a look in.
