Our only hope is he wasn't as good as we think he is and was helped massively by an acclimated Rodrigues and the addition of firstly Langstaff and Scott and latterly Jones and Bostock.

I'm not surprised at all tbh. He was practically begging for the job a couple of weeks ago in a press conference. From what i gather LW has wanted out for about 2 months. I was told he applied for the Oxford job, and it was them that turned him down.
